Our New Fairfield Office also known as "Lake & Country Real Estate", is located at 72 Route 37, just as you enter New Fairfield. Our office is open 7 days a week from 8:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. The historic building is thought to be 150+ years old. Historians place our location as one of the earliest Real Estate companies in the State of Connecticut In 1986, we totally restored the building keeping it's historic values, while improving our office efficiency.

1-84 East - take exit 5 to Route 37. Follow Route 37 into New Fairfield. The office is located "At the Flagpole" (at the intersection of Route 37 & Saw Mill Road), just as you enter New Fairfield.
1-84 West - Take exit 6 to Route 37 make right off ramp. Follow Route 37 into New Fairfield. The office is located "At the Flagpole" (at the intersection of Route 37 & Saw Mill Road), just as you enter New Fairfield.
1-684 - to Route 22 (towards Pawling, NY/Brewster) - Take Route 22 to Milltown Road. Follow Milltown Road into New Fairfield to Route 39. Make a left onto Route 39 and follow to intersection of Route 37. Go straight through the light onto Route 37, office is just before Saw Mill Road on left. |
