JANE SERFASS joined Neumann Real Estate 14 years ago, as an executive assistant supporting our sales agents in our New Fairfield Office. She works hand in hand with our agents with their marketing and assisting them with any administrative needs they may have. Jane cares very much about our clients and she will do anything she can to help them make their moving experience go as smooth as possible.

Jane also feel a responsibility to preserve and care for our beautiful, antique saltbox office in New Fairfield, which Harry Neumann, Sr. restored. The building dates back to the early 1800’s. It stand as a landmark with the American flag waving in the wind as you enter our town.

Jane has lived in New Fairfield for 23 years and enjoys meeting people and sharing with them the joys and beauty of living in our bucolic town. Jane is blessed with a wonderful, loving husband Jerry, three great sons, Adam and his wife Abby, Matthew and Joshua.

Jane and Jerry are also Marriage Coaches. Coaching and mentoring for pre-marital couples, enrichment for couples, couples with troubled marriages. It is their passion to help others to love, honor and respect one another.
